Version 1.38 - (Fix) Manually changed brightness setting is not kept in Battery Endurance mode.
- (Fix) Charge stop level is not reset when both start and stop levels need to be changed.
- (Fix) Charge threshold settings are not kept after hibernation wakeup.
- (Fix) Some conditions for resetting automatic charge thresholds are not correct.
Get a complete list of changes fixed by previous updates.
Notes:
- If you have ThinkPad Configuration version 1.31 or earlier installed, uninstall it first and reboot before installing this package. Then install the following packages

- If you install this newer version of Battery MaxiMiser after uninstalling previous versions on Windows 2000/XP, reboot the system after uninstallation.
- The ThinkPad Software Installer provides install/uninstall wizard for this package.
- Start Windows 95/98/Me. For Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, logon with a User ID with administrator privileges.
- Extract this package onto the hard disk drive.
- Click Start and then click Run.
- In the Run dialog window, type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\BMMPM\SETUP, and click OK. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: This is for system administrators' use only. - Start Windows 95/98/Me, or Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP and logon with a User ID of Administrator.

Method 1: - Start Battery MaxiMiser Wizard and see the first page. You will see the version information on the screen.
Method 2: - Start the Battery Information program. The main screen will be displayed.
- Select About... system menu. The version will be displayed.
