There are two base system devices in "Device Manager" of 64-bit Windows 7-based for IdeaPad Y330

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:

The above symptom may occur on the following system:

IdeaPad Y330

SOLUTION:

The two base system devices should be card reader devices. To resolve this issue, you need to install RICOH Flash

Media controller driver. Go to the following link to download the driver.
