Some of the USB ports on IdeaPad Y570 and Y470 do not work

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:

The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

IdeaPad Y570/Y470 with USB 3.0 plus USB 2.0

VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES:

Worldwide

SOLUTION:

1. Remove all USB devices from the Machine

2. Go to Lenovo website http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/default.page? to locate and download oRenesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Contrller Driver for your machine.

3. After downloading, run the setup accordingly and restart PC once installation is done.
