Before installing, please make sure you have older versions of this driver uninstalled.
You may uninstall the existing driver through Programs and Features by following steps below:
- Press the key combination: Windows Key + X
- Select Control Panel
- Click Programs and Features
- Click the entry for Synaptics Pointing Device Driver
- Click Uninstall
When prompted, reboot the system.
After the rebooting, install the new driver.
