1. Launch ta8rad11sr14.exe (Double-click or via command-line)
2. Launching the executable will extract the package and run the install.
3. To invoke the install silently, run the following command from the command-line: ta8rad11sr14.exe /SILENT
4. To install via the "Load Driver" method during OS installation, please use the files from the folder located in the following location: \SWTOOLS\DEVICEDRIVERS\RAID\LSI\ta8rad11sr14
   Then Create a USB floppy containing all files that in the folder ta8rad11sr14 to the root directory.
