This update applies to the following Lenovo system running on DOS operating systems:

• ThinkServer RS110 (type 6435, 6436, 6437, 6438)

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Create a bootable USB Memory Key.
2. Download the RY05 package to the memory key.
3. Insert the memory key and boot to DOS.
4. Change directories to the folder where you downloaded the RY05 package.
5. Type RY05 When prompted "Are you sure to download (y/n)?", type "Y" and enter.
6. The download utility will eject the tray. This is normal.
7. When the flash is complete, the system will beep and the message "FW Update Complete!!" will be displayed.
8. Remove the memory key and reboot the system.
