Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology is designed to provide functionality for the following Storage Controllers:
1. RAID Controllers
2. AHCI Controllers

Prerequisites: The 'Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility' must be installed on the system a fter a supported Microsoft Windows* operating system has been installed.

Installation Instructions

Launch ta1rau01sr17.exe (Double-click or via command-line)
Launching the executable will extract the package and run the install.
To invoke the install silently, run the following command from the command-line:
ta1rau01sr17.exe /SILENT
