All Lenovo systems running Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 configured with High Definition audio or modem

The following languages are supported: Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Greek, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Click Start, select Search, then click All Files and folders.
2. Type kb888111xx.exe (where xx is the language code) in the search field, then click Search. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the kb888111xx.exe (where xx is the language code) icon. Follow all onscreen prompts to install the hotfix.
