1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Launch ta1etn01sr14.exe (Double-click or via command-line)
2. Launching the executable will extract the package and run the install.
3. To invoke the install silently, run the following command from the command-line:

   ta1etn01sr14.exe /SILENT
