Z585 and G585 with sold Windows 8 cannot switch WIFI on

Customer cannot put WIFI on, WIFI switch in Windows 8 is OFF.

Somehow Lenovo Energy Managment version 8.0.2.3 does not let the customer to enable the wireless connection. When we remove the Lenovo Energy Managment version 8.0.2.3 or downgrade it to version 6.0.2.4 the problem will be solved.
