Customer did system recovery using DVD-R recovery sets made by OKR.
After system recovery completed, customer found that application folder of drive "D" disappeared.

The symptom above may occur to the following systems:

All Idea Laptops preinstalled with OKR 7.0

This is original design instead of bug.

Lenovo factory needs to put one folder (ex. driver) in hidden partition.

The process is shown as below:

1. OKR 7.0 will reset the partition and format C: and D:

2. Do factory restore for C:

3. Copy the define folder from hidden partition to D:

Note: There is only one folder can be copied to D: after factory reset.

In case that some customers do not want to use preload OS, put the driver folder in D:
