My IdeaPad Tablet K1 finds the update for 3.2.1 but when the downloading is done, it won’t load/open the file. The download file just stays in my download folder. Any idea how to fix this problem?

You may want to try either of these:

1. Turn off the K1 and turn it back on again to check if there is pop-up window about the update. If there is a pop-up window, you can instruct the system to start installing the update.

2. Otherwise, delete the downloaded file and re-download it again
