SYMPTOM:
After Windows update, user clicked "Start" --> "Shut down" --> "Sleep". It turned out the option was grey.
AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:
The above symptom may occur on the following system:
Lenovo 3000 C200
VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES:
Worldwide
SOLUTION:
To enable sleep button function:
1. After Windows update, sleep option turns to grey color in "Shut down" menu. See Fig.1

2. On the desktop, click "Lenovo Driver and Application Installation". See Fig.2 to run it. On the pop-up window, select "Automatic Driver Installation".

4. From the "Driver List", select "INTEL On-Board VGA Driver" and click on "Custom Installation".

5. After Installation, restart the computer. You will be able to select the sleep option from Start menu.
