SYMPTOM:

Not able to Find Bluetooth Device under "Device Manager"

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:

The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

Lenovo 3000 G430, G530, G550

SOLUTION:

Lenovo has developed a software program and hardware key combinations for unlocking the device. To enable the device we need to install the Energy Management Driver, which includes Energy Cut & Hot Key Drivers, which will help in enabling the Hot Key Buttons required for unlocking the bluetooth hardware

After the installation, restart the system, turn on the Wlan Button and at the Windows Logo, press Fn + F5 simultaneously.

The Wlan Status Window will be displayed on the screen

Use mouse to enable or disable the devices.
