STATEMENT DISCRIPTION:

Users consulted about why the indicator of built-in camera is always on after PC is turning on, while no program using Webcam.

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS:

The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

All Idea Desktops installed Lenovo Dynamic Brightness System and Lenovo Eye Distance System

VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES:

Worldwide

SOLUTION:

After entering Windows desktop, Lenovo Dynamic Brightness System and Lenovo Eye Distance System will be enabled. These two programs both need Webcam. If you want to turn off the indicator of Webcam, you can execute "msconfig" and cancel start-up of these two programs.
