Symptom:

When press Fn + UP (DOWN, Left, Right), the brightness or volume indicators aren't displayed

SOLUTION:

The problem is caused by the absence of Energy Management program. In order to make the on-screen indicators work, you need to install Energy Management. For each operating system, there is a specific version of Energy management. Download from the links below:

1. Windows XP

2. Windows Vista

3. Windows 7
