STATEMENT DESCRIPTION:

How to set visible or invisible password for IdeaPad Tablet K1

AFFECTED CONFIGURATIONS :

The above symptom may occur on the following systems:

IdeaPad Tablet K1

VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES :

Worldwide

SOLUTION :

With option of "Visible passwords" under "Settings" --> "Location & Security" --> "Passwords", you can decide whether or not your chosen password will be visible as you input it.

If the checkbox is checked, then the password will be visible.

If it is unchecked, then your password will only be displayed as **** as you input it, thereby keeping your password more secure.

Note :

If you are using "Pattern" to unlock your screen, you can decide whether or not your configured pattern will be visible as you draw it with the option of "Use visible pattern" under "Settings" --> "Location & Security" --> "Lock screen".

This option will be available only after your configured the "Pattern".
