WPA option is missing from Windows Zero Configuration
Symptom
With Microsoft Windows Service Pack 2, this problem happens when there are two types of wireless network profile created by Access Connections and created by Microsoft Windows Zero Configuration. WPA option does not appear in the Windows Zero Configuration wireless properties when the user changes from Access Connections' wireless network profile to Windows Zero Configurations' wireless network profile.
This issue is not observed when the user uses only Access Connections. This issue is not observed when the user uses only Windows Zero Configuration.

with any of the following Wireless LAN Mini PCI card installed:
Dual Band Wi-Fi Wireless LAN Mini-PC Adapter
11a/b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI Adapter

Solution
Make sure to disconnect the profile created in Access Connections then Disable/Enable wireless LAN
Make sure to uncheck the checkbox "Switch Wireless Location Profiles Automatically" in Access Connections Location Switching Windows then reboot the system.
Additional information
When a wireless profile is created using AEGIS protocol driver (Meeting House) through Access Connections, the device driver blocks all WPA related requests from Windows Zero Configuration service. When Windows Zero Configuration property is opened in this condition, Windows Zero Configuration service will not recognize the driver as WPA capable, thus it will not show WPA options.
