Access Connections v4.52 error when reinstalling with a deployment file - ThinkPad
Symptom

If you reinstall Access Connections v4.52 with a deployment file present in the installation files directory, you will receive an error message during installation such as "An exception occurred while trying to run "C:\DOCUME~1\Z06184~1.APS\LOCALS~1\Temp\{7EB114D8-207F-45AE-BABD-1669715F2630}\AcInst32.dll ACInstImportSigFile" or a similar message. This error can be seen if the deployment file had been previously used on that installation or not. The deployment file should be imported correctly despite the error being generated.

Affected configurations

ThinkPad Systems running Microsoft Windows XP may be affected by this symptom.

Solution

The next release of Access Connections will eliminate the error.
