Using "Dualview" mode with 2 LCD Monitors L2251p on ThinkCentre M90/M90p with NVIDIA GeForce 310 DisplayPort/VGA Graphics Card, the Secondary display may lose video (no display) once Secondary display is power OFF then back to ON.

Once this behavior happens, the user is unable to use the Secondary display unless manually Setting the display mode back to "Dualview" using the NVIDIA Control Panel. The same behavior occur on all multiple display modes such as, Clone, Horizontal span, Vertical span, and Dualview mode.

The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

• ThinkCentre M90, M90p

Additional Information:

The Secondary display connected to the DisplayPort on the NVIDIA GeForce 310 DisplayPort/VGA Graphics Card. It does not occur if the Secondary display is plugged to the Analog (VGA) Port and the Primary display plugged to DisplayPort.

None. Do not replace any hardware for this issue.

Set the multiple display modes on the NVIDIA Control Panel, manually.

1. Power on the Secondary display that is connected with DisplayPort.
2. NVIDIA Control Panel > Display > Setup Multiple Displays
