MuteSync service fails when customer opens the audio player or sound recorder the first time.
The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:
The application is WinDVD and Sound Recorder provide by Microsoft. This issue has only been seen with Windows 7 Starter and Windows 7 Home Basic 32bit.
Click "Close Program" button, then launch MuteSync.exe from C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Lenovo MuteSync.
