  • Cannot be used to connect a DisplayPort monitor to a ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ThinkPad Dock or graphics card which has a DVI-I monitor connector

• The DisplayPort to Single-Link DVI-D Monitor Cable does not support attachment of a DVI-to-VGA Monitor Adapter. It is a DVI-D that supports digital monitors. Analog monitors cannot be attached using a DVI-to-VGA Monitor Adapter.
• These DisplayPort monitor cables cannot be used to connect a DisplayPort monitor to a ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ThinkPad Dock or graphics card which has a DVI-I monitor connector.
