This package installs an updated version of the Microsoft Windows XP device driver for the onboard Realtek audio that comes preinstalled on the following systems:

• ThinkCentre A57 (type 9702, 9703, 9704, 9708, 9788, 9789, 9794, 9851, 9853, 9859)
• ThinkCentre A57e (type 6306)
• ThinkCentre A62 (type 7057, 7061, 7062, 7090, 7092, 9342, 9344, 9353, 9354, 9421, 9426, 9485, 9486, 9623, 9624, 9625, 9705, 9707, 9786, 9787, 9795, 9804, 9935, 9945, 9946, 9953)
• ThinkCentre M57e (type 7783, 9356, 9357, 9439, 9481, 9482, 9487, 9488, 9489, 9622, 9948, 9952)

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

1. Click Start, click Search, then click All files and folders.
2. Type q7aud12us13.exe in the search field, then click Search. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the q7aud12us13.exe icon.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\AUDIO\q7aud12us13.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish.

1. Click Start, then click Run.
2. Type C:\SWTOOLS\DRIVERS\AUDIO\q7aud12us13\Setup.exe, then click OK.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
