The MyKey and KeySafe II software applications that were originally shipped with the product are designed to work in Administrator mode only. An updated version of the software application will allow the drivers to work in User mode (see attached files above).

A service file must be installed on your system (you must be in Administrator mode to install this file). After installing the new version, the application will now work in either Administrator or User mode. The new version of the software application will work in Administrator mode without the Service file.

Follow the instructions in 'Installing Service for Non-Admin.txt' for installing service file. Add the new MyKey to your system and KeySafe II to your memory key public area as described in the original user's guide.
