Symptom

The ThinkPad LCD may blink continuously while on battery mode. This may not occur every time while on battery, but will always stop blinking after inserting the ThinkPad AC adapter and only occur while on battery mode.

Affected configurations

Any of the following systems with Intel integrated graphics (Intel 940GML/945GM or Intel X3100):

ThinkPad R60

ThinkPad R61
