ATI Radeon X700 is incompatible with Microsoft Windows Vista after an upgrade from Microsoft Windows XP. This device will not work under Microsoft Windows Vista after an upgrade, the driver cannot be installed nor will Microsoft Windows Vista detect this device.

Any of the following systems running Microsoft Windows Vista upgraded from Microsoft Windows XP:

• ThinkCentre (type All)

Install the ATI Radeon X700 video card and driver when using Microsoft Windows XP, prior to performing an upgrade to Microsoft Windows Vista. If the adapter and driver is installed prior to an upgrade under Microsoft Windows XP the driver will migrate to Microsoft Windows Vista properly during an upgrade.
