How to disable or enable Business Contact Manager in Outlook with Business Contact Manager

If you are running Microsoft Office 2007 with one of the following localized operating systems and found that lack of Business Contact Manager function (such as menu item) in Microsoft Outlook, Business Contact Manager may be disabled.

You can enable Business Contact Manager by following the instruction provided by Microsoft:
