When Internet Security program 2012 is enabled on the computer, the Rescue and Recovery program will fail to create rescue media.

Affected configurations

Systems with Rescue and Recovery 4.30 program and later versions.

Solution

Disable the Norton Internet Security program 2012 when using the Rescue and Recovery program to create rescue media.
