Symptom You may receive the following error when you try to unprotect a folder which contains files:
"The folder C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\TC9 cannot be unprotected. One or more files may be in use. You may see this message if you're trying to unprotect a folder which has a subfolder in Explorer. Click OK to retry".
