Lenovo Enhanced USB Port Replicator - Screen rotation in mirror mode does not work properly using Intel utility

Symptoms

When using the Intel utility to rotate the screen (ctrl+alt+arrow key) on a monitor attached to the Enhanced USB Port Replicator and configured to mirror mode, the external display rotates, but can not display the entire screen.

Affected Configurations

ThinkPad systems running Microsoft Windows XP and Vista with Intel Graphics maybe affected by this symptom

Solution

Do not use the Intel utility to rotate the screen; instead, use the Displaylink Manager utility.
