Access Connections fails to warn about roaming when connecting with Wireless WAN profile - ThinkPad

Symptom

When applying a Wireless WAN profile, Access Connections should display a warning message about roaming.

If the Wireless WAN radio is turned off before connecting, the roaming warning may fail to appear.

Affected configurations

All ThinkPads running on Microsoft Windows XP configured with ThinkVantage Access Connections may be affected by this symptom.
