Symptom
After restoring from backup the Restore from Factory Contents link is missing. This is caused by restoring from the rescue media (CD or USB).

Affected configuration
IBM systems supported by IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore, running Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP, configured with IBM Rapid Restore Ultra

Solution
If you wish to restore your factory contents and you previously created a Recovery CD set, restore from this set.
