Error message when launching the Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, Word 2007 or Excel 2007
The following error message may appear when you launch Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, Word 2007 or Excel 2007:
When the user launches Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Excel 2007, the following error message may appear: "The language versions does not match.
Please switch to the right language for BCM"
Any of the following systems running Microsoft Windows Vista:
- All ThinkStation systems
- All ThinkCentre systems
- All Value Line systems
- All ThinkPad systems
None. Do not replace any hardware for this issue.
