The driver might remain on the local hard disk drive after users uninstall the Lenovo Fingerprint Software 3.3 program from Control Panel.

Affected configurations

ThinkPad(R) computers T400, T500, R500, X200, X200s, X200t, and X301 with the Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 7 operating system and the Lenovo(R) Fingerprint Software 3.3.0.50 or later installed.

Solution

The remaining driver should be separately uninstalled from Control Panel.
