1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.
2. Execute OSX055US.exe to extract this package onto the hard drive. The default extraction location is C:\DRIVERS\OSFIXES\WXPUP\Q889816.
3. Go to the folder where this package was extracted in step 2.
4. Execute 889816US.exe.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
   

1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.
2. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
4. Select QFE Q889816, and click Remove.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
