• This update module must be installed before KB942567 (OSV025WW). If you install KB942567 before applying this module, please do the following steps.
  1. Uninstall KB942567.
  2. Apply KB958865 (this module).
  3. Install KB942567.

1. Logon with a User ID with Administrator privilege.
2. Execute OSV036WW.exe to extract this package onto the hard drive. The default extraction location is C:\DRIVERS\OSFIXES\VISTA.
3. Go to the folder where this package was extracted in step 2.
4. [Windows Vista 32-bit]
   Execute Windows6.0-KB958865-x86.msu.
   [Windows Vista 64-bit]

5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
