Information page is missing the "Back" and "Refresh" buttons in Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) 2.0.x - ThinkCentre, ThinkStation, ThinkServer, ThinkPad, Idea Tablet, IdeaPad, IdeaCentre

 

Symptom

In Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) 2.0.x, click on System and the System Information page. The "Back" and "Refresh" buttons, located in the upper right corner of the window, are missing.

Affected Configuration:

The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

  • ThinkCentre
  • ThinkStation
  • ThinkServer
  • ThinkPad
  • Idea Tablet
  • IdeaPad
  • IdeaCentre

Affected System:

  • All
Additional Information

This issue will be resolved in a future LSC update.

Solution

None.

Workaround
  • For the "Back" button function, the user can click on the "System" tab on the left side of LSC to go back to the System page.
  • For the "Refresh" button function, the user can click on the "System" tab on the left side of LSC to go back to the System page, and then click the "System Information" icon to relaunch the System Information page.
  • The data will be refreshed.
