The patch might also work with other systems that meet the system requirements. However, Lenovo will not provide support for using the patch on any systems that are not listed as the supported systems.

1. Click the file links to download the files from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded files.
   
   

Windows Vista

1. Click Start, then click Start Search.
2. Type registry_monitor_patch.exe in the search box, then click Search Everywhere. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click registry_monitor_patch.exe. When the message "A program needs your permission to continue" displays, click Continue.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

Windows XP

1. Click Start, select Search, then click All files and folders.
2. Type registry_monitor_patch.exe in the search box, and then click Search. This will locate the file you have downloaded.
3. Double-click registry_monitor_patch.exe.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
