Intel Wireless LAN card may randomly disconnect - All ThinkPads with Intel Wireless LAN cards
Symptom

When connected wireless with an Intel Wireless LAN card, the connect may suddenly drop and force the user to reconnect manually.

Affected configurations

All ThinkPads with Intel Wireless LAN cards (Intel 2200/2915/3945/4965/5100/5150/5300/5350) with Windows Vista or XP maybe affected by this symptom.

Solution

Upgrade to v 12.04.0000 or later driver. Please review the README file for installation instructions.
