The Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 package installs the .NET Framework runtime and associated files required to run applications developed to target the .NET Framework v2.0

This package requires that Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 or Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 be installed on the system.

This update requires approximately 250MB of space on your hard drive.
