How to make Windows XP look like older versions of Windows
  1. Click Start then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click on the icon marked Taskbar and Start Menu.

  3. Click the Start Menu tab.
  4. Click the Classic Start menu option.

  1. Click OK to save the settings.
  2. In the Control Panel window, double-click Display.

  1. Click the Themes tab.
  2. Select Windows Classic from the Theme drop down menu.

  1. Click OK. Windows should look like the classic Windows style.
