1. Get your product information by using one of the following options:
   
   • Use Quick Path
   • Run Auto-Detect
   • Find Product
2. Click Guides & Manuals which is located on the left navigation of the support page.
   
   
3. Click on the category from the drop down lists and choose your manual.
4. Click Click for files and download the document that contains the publication you need.
   
   
5. You can also add your manuals to your download list by clicking on Add to your Download List icon.

2. Click Drivers & Software which is located on the left navigation of the support page.
   
   
3. Click on the Users Guide category from the driver listing and choose the desired system's 'Access Help' software.
   
   
4. Click Click for files and download the 'Access Help' software that you need. You will be able to view the User Guide once it is installed into your system.
