“Windows7_OS (C:) (Missing)” and “Windows7_OS (C:) (System)” are displayed on the ”System Protection” tab after restoring the hard disk drive to the factory default state
Symptom

After restoring the hard disk drive to the factory default state on the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, two C drives are displayed as available drives in the "Protection Settings" area on the "System Protection" tab in the System Properties window. One is the "Windows7_OS (C:)(System)" C drive. This is the real C drive and the protection status is "Off". The other is the "Windows7_OS (C:) (Missing)" C drive. This is a non-existing C drive and the protection status is "On". Therefore, if the protection status of the "Windows7_OS (C:) (System)" C drive is "Off", the user cannot restore the system with the Windows restore point function next time.
