Application WebRoot antivirus with Spy Sweeper cannot be supported by Lenovo Solution Center (LSC).

Symptom

LSC cannot recognize WebRoot antivirus with Spy Sweeper, as an antivirus application, and will show an alert that there is no antivirus application installed.

Affected configurations

The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

  • ThinkPad T420, T520, W520, T420s, X220, X220 Tablet, L520, L420, X1, X121e, X130e

  • ThinkStation S20, D20, C20, C20x, E30

Workaround: (When applicable)

User can disable the alerts by using the "Remind Me" function.
